Terms and Conditions for Celebrating Dance Festival

 

1. **Event Participation**  

   By participating in Celebrating Dance Festival, you agree to comply with all festival rules and regulations for the duration of the whole festival, in all workshops, competition and haflas.

 

2. **Liability Disclaimer**  

   Celebrating Dance and it's organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by participants, attendees, or vendors during the event. By entering the festival grounds, you agree to assume all risks associated with your participation in the festival.

 

3. **Informed Consent**  

   Participants acknowledge that dancing and related activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in the activities and that you voluntarily assume the risk of injury.

 

4. **Property Loss or Damage**  

   Celebrating Dance Festival, is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property before, during, or after the event. Attendees are encouraged to keep personal belongings secure and recognize that they do so at their own risk.

 

5. **Photography and Videos**  

   By attending Celebrating Dance Festival, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in any photographs or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff.

 

6. **Alcohol and Substance Use**  

   Celebrating Dance Festival promotes responsible behavior. Attendees must comply with local laws regarding alcohol and drug use. The festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who are intoxicated or engaged in illegal activity.

 

7. **Cancellation Policy**  

   Celebrating Dance Festival reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather. Tickets will be automatically transferred to a rearranged/replacement festival date. 

 

8. **Compliance with Instructions**  

   All attendees must adhere to the instructions given by festival staff and security personnel. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

 

9. **Governing Law**  

   These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts in the UK.

REFUND POLICY 

Please note that any package you buy to attend the festival is refundable, minus the deposit and booking fee (theses amounts are listed when making your purchase), up until 3 months before the date of the festival. After this date the booking is no longer refundable HOWEVER you can transfer the name of the booking to a different name we must be informed 10 days before the start of the festival/your booking.

Competition entrances are not transferable and can only be refunded 3 months before the festival start date.
