ARABELLA
Anna, aka Arabella Belly Dance, is one of CD's much loved Co-hosts since 2022.
She performs and teaches a variety of Belly Dance styles plus some very fun Burlesque. Based in Bristol she is a pillar of the dance community with regular classes and showcases.
Arabella has under taken training in Cairo and is a qualified JWAAD teacher. She is a fun & loving teacher!

ZARA
Zara Dance is a much loved internationally renowned Egyptian belly dancer, based in Cairo! Though a star in Egypt, she is half British and every year flies into the UK for CD, which she has attended for years and been a co-host of since 2022.
She is a loved teacher always bringing fresh inspiration straight from Cairo!
CO-HOST, EGYPT
SANDRA
The very much loved Sandra, (also Zara's Mum) plays a pivotal roll in Co-hosting CD.
She helps with the over running of the event plus manages the souk and shopping area.
You can find her in the Souk with Zara's Zouk and the other stalls. She is always there for a natter and a cup of tea, PLUS she is always there to help!

CASSANDRA
Cassandra Fox is superstar
best know from her viral, jaw dropping videos.
She is a fun Caribbean Fusion Dance and Belly Dance artist. Based in Ontario, Canada she is flying in to UK just for us and will be teaching 3 workshops, including a drum solo, veil and her famous work and twerk technique class.
We are so excited for this!

MEL'KETA
Born of Polynesian and Amazigh decent, Mel'Keta is a Professional Belly Dancer and Instructor that isn't to be missed.
Flying in from the USA, Mel'Keta will be sharing her wealth of knowledge with us in her Rhythmic Flexibility workshop!
She's a hot talented dancer you just have to see!

SUNNY
Sunny really needs no introduction he is back due to popular demand after causing a storm at the last CD.
He will get you sweating with his fun, sexy, passionate Bollywood (which you can perform along side him in the Haflas) and will be bringing us all together at the end of the festival with unmissable stretch and meditation session!

RIKKI
Inclusivity means everything to us at CD so no matter your capabilities or injuries we have something for you.
Leading our very popular mobility classes is the wonderful Rikki. Yes she is back for another year. Be sure to check out her seated classes! But be warned, even though they are seated, you will be put through your paces, work up as sweat and learn about your body in a whole new way!

Asli is an award-winning Turkish dancer, born and raised in Turkiye. She is currently based in Canada where she frequently teaches and performs at public and private events.
She will be flying in to teach us about Turkish Romani dance as well as teaching us a fun pop Turkish choreo...

Rachael Redfern is an internationally acclaimed fusion bellydancer based in London, UK
A superstar to say the least!
Teaching and performing professionally full time, she is known for her distinctive dance stylisation influenced by dark vintage aesthetics as well as for her inventive choreographic work and smooth, precise technique and musicality. Don't miss these workshops

We are so EXCITED to announce, for the first time on the UK bellydance scene the wonderful Iranian born dancer Elham.
She will be sharing with us her home country culture and dances in her Persian workshops that are not to be missed.

What is bellydance with out a tabla... Yes our much loved house drummer, Syrian born, Sallam is back for another year to put us though our paces.
He will be getting us dancing in the haflas with his invigorating drumming and also
DON'T FORGET YOUR INSTURMENTS, because he will be teaching us all about the rhythms in his fun workshop!

LEIDY
Leidy, is a fun highly trained international dancer. Originally from Colombia she now travels the world dancing and teaching at festivals.
She will be flying in for CD to put us through our paces with lots of strong technique and context.
Don't miss her Baladi and Umm Kalthum workshops!

KIM
Hot on the UK scene Kim is a dancer you don't want to miss.
She has trained with many a famous dancer and full of knowledge to share with you!
She will be teaching her famous Dabke workshop and fun Latin Fusion Chore which is sure to get you swaying with the beat.

Kara is a LEGEND at CD. We love her! She is once again back to teach and we are so excited.
If you didn't know already she is absolutely fantastic on the sagats/zills! So get yours out and bring them along to learn from the best, she will be teaching 2 workshops on this topic!
Plus she will be leading an amazing mediation class, for you to indulge in!
