LIVE BAND APPLICATIONS – HOW IT WORKS PLEASE READ

This is your chance to perform with our incredible live band – an unforgettable experience and a highlight of the weekend.

To secure your place, you must purchase a band application slot now. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend booking early.

PRICING

• Live Band Performance: £35

• Optional Rehearsal Slot (10 minutes): +£25

• Total with rehearsal: £60

We highly recomend booking a rehersal slot if possible ​

The additional rehearsal fee goes directly to the band, supporting the musicians who will be working closely with you.

ABOUT THE REHEARSAL SLOT

If you choose to include a rehearsal, you will be allocated a 10-minute session with the band, scheduled for Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

​

This is your opportunity to:

• Run through your full song with the musicians

• Share your musical preferences and key accents

• Work through any specific details you want them to follow

• Record the band’s version of your music to rehearse with later

• Rehearsal times may take place during workshop hours. However, as the slot is only 10 minutes, you won’t miss an entire class.

Please refer to the general timetable for guidance and be prepared to be flexible within these timeframes.

SONG SELECTION PROCESS

We will keep a record of all performers as bookings come in.
Song choices will be allocated in order of purchase (first-come, first-served).

⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
You are securing your performance slot now, but you will be asked to submit your song choice in May.

In the second week of May, once all band spaces have been filled, you will be contacted and invited to submit your song choice.

Please do not send your song choices before this point, as they will not be recorded.

Our band is highly experienced and confident performing most well-known classic and modern belly dance repertoire. However:

If your chosen song is not possible, we will contact you to request alternatives
We aim to provide a main repertoire list by this stage to guide your selection

​

Please note:

No song will be performed more than twice across the entire weekend
You may not receive your first choice, but we promise an incredible musical experience regardless

Above all, this is about stepping onto the stage, feeling the energy of live music, and creating a moment you’ll never forget.
